Experience the energy of moving together in a supportive, welcoming space. Our group Pilates classes help you build strength, alignment, and confidence with expert guidance. With only 6 spaces per class, you'll receive expert guidance in an intimate setting.

Booking and Cancellation Information

Class packages allow you to pre-purchase 10 solo/duet or group classes at a discounted rate. Purchasing this package allocates 10 individual class vouchers to you which can be redeemed against any class of the purchased type.
All 10 vouchers must be redeemed to book classes scheduled within 90 days of the package purchase. This allows us to manage instructor availability for your classes.

Payment for classes can either be made through our booking system or in cash on the day of your class. To secure discounted rates for class packages, payment is required in advance through our booking system online, or in cash on the day of your first class in the series.
All class bookings and amendments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the class you wish to attend. We ask that you complete any required intake forms by this deadline so that we can tailor your experience.
We reserve the right to reschedule classes based on instructor and studio availability, and we will always seek to notify you in advance of a scheduling change.

We require at least 24 hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of class bookings using the online booking system. For class members who do not cancel more than 24 hours in advance of their class, or do not attend their class, we cannot offer refunds for the booking as we have committed our instructor’s time and studio space to the booking.
For late cancellations or non-arrivals to a class within a package series, we will not be able to replace that class with an additional booking unless the changes are made at least 24 hours in advance of the class.
For class members who do not arrive to a booking where they are paying in cash on the day of the class, future bookings will require an advance deposit or payment via online booking system to schedule.
